I'm opening a gallery and lounge in Seattle and am curious to know what the requirements are to open a private club in Washington state. Also, as a private club, what restrictions do you have, if any, for providing a space for people to bring food and drinks? Any leads on websites, or a phone number that I can call to ask questions, would be great.
